Eagle Mountain City has adopted Codes and Ordinances to provide for the health and safety of its citizens. Each homeowner is responsible for keeping their premises clean. The Code Enforcement Officer visits neighborhoods daily to ensure that residences are being kept in compliance.
The code enforcement officer is part of the planning department and is responsible for enforcing most codes and ordinances, however there are some that our Sheriff's Department handles. For any nuisance complaints such as barking dogs, loose animals, smells, random noise, etc. please contact the sheriff's department dispatch at 801-794-3970.
For any other types of issues, please check the City Code to see if it is a violation.
